Mostly just lurk in this thread and I’m not trying to push back against someone ultimately trying to do the right thing but it’s real frustrating to read them banging their heads against the wall about how they can’t change the world when no one’s asking that of them. Just see what you can do within your organization and go from there. Both of their hearts are in the right place and this probably isn’t the thread for it but sports have dialed up the bigotry this year and if everyone comes at this from a macro perspective instead of what’s actually in their reach we’re not gonna get anywhere
