Out of all the "old vets with podcasts and shitty takes" by far the most horrible is Disco Inferno.

Disco also is one of the guys that can't go 5 minutes without bitching about "SJWs" no matter what subject he's talking about.

 

I just want one day where people aren't whining and bitching about the absolute dumbest shit online.

 

Who would listen to a Disco Inferno pod?

 

Have no clue who would listen to that regularly. Only ever heard it going through random wrestling youtube clips. The clips i've heard it used to be Disco/Konnan/Shane Helms and Helms was kind of the voice of reason that would put Disco in his place. Konnan has some shit takes on both wrestling and politics too so i can't imagine how bad it is now that it's just them.

 

Unfortunately these old geeks wouldnt be able to make money for doing an ad for blue chew during their podcast unless they talk shit on guys. Its shock jock shit, it’s what uninteresting, miserable people do.

Cornette is interesting, but he has built his big podcast following on this idea as well.

 

I've gotten so burnt out on all the review/analyzing wrestling podcasts. At this point, if the podcast isn't funny and comedy based, I don't give it the time of day.

 

Absolutely same, I only listen to We Watch Wrestling

 

I always mention it but, Alvarez is the only guy I can listen to talk about wrestling these days.

I normally just stick with Deadlock and Marty & Sarah Love Wrestling, but I've heard enough good people mention WWW, so I'll check em out today.

 

I really miss Wrestlesplania. I can see why you can't do the "new wrestling fan learns about a wrestler for the first time each week" podcast concept for that long until they run out of stuff to learn though.

Plus it was the only wrestling pod i know of that was from the left/weird twitter pov which is totally my shit. I love that the one question they asked every wrestler they had as a guest was "what forums did you post on?"
