i saw the promo video of Riddle before his segment in the ring (which I didn’t watch) and thought, “goddamn this could be it. They could actually build this for Riddle to be the guy to beat Roman.”

Whether they would do it in their first match or have Riddle finally beat him in match 2 or 3 who knows and is it actually the right move can be debated but damn, they could have if they wanted to lol it was right there!
