What are the chances the Darkside of the Ring dudes back out of their deal with WWE? Because we need that.

 

Steph probably knew this was coming, stepped down to get a few weeks off with her family, and then all those reports are probably from other board members who wanted the interim job lol

 

This feels more like what happened but would she really need to formally announce something if she just wanted a few weeks off?
