Oooo that's the one I stole off my older brother! Different colour though but I remember that button layout and that mini screen :)

This type of walkman belonged to my dad, and he gave it to me when I was like 6 or 7. They later got me an iPod Shuffle, but I still used this one because I liked seeing the CD spin through the plastic.

Also I was impressed mine kept working after an 18 wheeler totaled my car. The cassette tape adapter days lol

 

Wow, life was so simple when I could fit an entire Walkman into the pocket of my cargo shorts.

 

I don’t have an actual stereo with a CD player anymore, so I hook my old high school disc man up to my record player’s sound system I have when I feel like listening to a CD at home. I do the same with my Walkman when I want to listen to cassettes haha. I’m glad I hung onto these relics and still put them to use.
