I actually feel pretty terrible about what I've done to this thread today.

 

I've made shitty meal after shitty meal lately. No consistent execution. I have nothing of value to contribute either.

Why would you need a recipe for steak

Salt and pepper, place on charcoal grill, cook to medium rare

 

I guess it's more of the cooking method and it uses some garlic and fresh herbs too so #wamt

I used to take a skirt steak, pour red wine over it, maybe some butter and seasonings, and pan sear it.

 

Both can be found with a single bite taken out of them in a dumpster
