Yeah I feel like unless you spend an inhuman amount of time immersed in death metal vocals that'll be hard for you hahaha.

I'll defend the first 3 parkway records as top tier metalcore to the grave, sad to see what they've become at this point

Horizons is by far my favorite record of theirs. I’ll even defend everything up to Ire but this is not it. Ire has some bangers.

 

Killing With A Smile and Horizons both definitely hold up, but yeah that band is making some of the worst music I've ever heard in my life now.

Disagree, but not in the way you'd think. Lorna Shore throws in enough black metal elements to make me believe the dudes actually do listen to stuff beyond deathcore but there's this odd specific subsect of metal fans whose favorite genres are deathcore and black metal SPECIFICALLY. So if I had to guess, I'd bet it's specifically death metal they don't listen to much of, LOL.

i don't know if it's been discussed in here already or not but do you guys know any good metal podcasts? i'm listening to the toilet ov hell pod and it's *okay* but surely there's better out there.

 

I mostly listen to comedy podcasts, but The Nine Circle Audio Thing is pretty decent.
