He's definitely pro-gun. His father was a cop (and I believe many of his other family members) which is likely where the bias is from, but I've also heard him say in the past that America needs better policing.

 

poc being pro gun is a little more understandable considering the threat of state oppression has been very real to them. It still ultimately falls apart and doesn’t negate the need for gun control but it makes more sense. Defending cops makes no sense though unless you’re well off and don’t give a shit about who gets stepped on

Yeah if there's one democratic senator that definitely cares about and tries to do for black voters, it's definitely Warnock.

Killer Mike has always been basically a woke libertarian, for lack of a better term. He supported Rand Paul before he knew Bernie existed. One of his biggest things has always been black owned businesses. He’s definitely more “community-minded” than the typical libertarian who likes to imagine everyone as completely alienated from each other. But he’s basically a Gen-Xer who looks up to all the black socialist civil rights leaders in spite of their socialist views, not because of them.

 

I always used to call those types of people "Liberaltarians", or libertarians that had more left/liberal tendencies or beliefs on a lot of issues, but not sure how much that term works though these days, I used to call Bill Maher the same thing and he's just cranky old man at this point.
