What a fucking show they put on last night

Same. I’m 31, so I’m hoping my sweatiest, most sore concert experiences are behind me, but sometimes when a band starts playing, there’s a feeling I can’t ignore to rush the front and scream along with everyone else and deal with whatever else that entails. Coheed does this to me.

 

I prefer not having sweaty ass people all up on me so I prefer to just be comfortable and watch where I can hear and view best

 

If I love the band I’ll go up decent and close if I’m just cool on them I’ll chill in the back

 

I’m tall so I don’t care where I stand provided it’s not a massive venue and I’m a mile away from the stage

 

Depends on my mood and the vibe of the crowd. Have been standing more towards the back recently though.

 

Heard "New Heart Design" playing in my local supermarket today, so I'm assuming this means their next album will be top 10 on Billboard.

i’ll get as close as i can without being barricade, stage left or right depending on where the bass/guitar player i want to watch most will be.

 

Spent the entire Turnstile set in the pit. Got a full kick to the junk, back of someone’s skull hit me directly in the eye. Someone ran into me so hard my top front tooth chipped. Was a wild time. Felt like I barely had a minute to watch the band. I should have left the pit lol.

Such a fun show and am very happy I saw it through lol I will say Citizen was not that great though I really only like their second album for what it's worth. Felt like they spent more time telling the crowd what to do rather than perform to elicit the actual response

 

Im kinda in the same boat with Citizen, though I really only love Youth and enjoy a lot of Everybody Is Going To Heaven so I was pretty bummed when they only played 2 Youth songs and completely skipped over EIGTH.

 

Not knowing any other bands on the bill I enjoyed Citizen well enough, the crowd seemed really into it, but Ceremony said "this song is about the police....and you knoooow Ceremony HATES the police!!!" so they were definitely my second favorite of the night
