i feel less positive about shane's chances if hiac's not closing the show

i think ambrose has to go over, build up has been focused mostly on him and he needs a big moment to get him over the hump. i think this is a big turning point and the kind of opportunity they flubbed with bray the last couple years.

I think you're also making your counterpoint that there's a chance they screw it up with him, meh

 

Ambrose needs to go over and when I mean over not with the Wyatts taking Brock out. They have a golden opertunity with Ambrose. I have no issue with the Wyatts taking Brock out after the match though.

 

I wish that Nakamura shirt was available at the show I went to a few weeks ago.

 

Not sure how much of his post can be taken seriously today. He did end that post with a picture of what the new title would look like and it was just variations of Haitch face.

 

I love Ambrose but unless they plan to make him the top guy in the company (I don't think any of us see that happening), it makes 0 sense for Dean to beat Brock without some crazy shenanigans. Brock is the guy that ended the streak and hasn't lost clean in forever. If you think they're gonna have Ambrose beat him straight up then you're nuts.

man, this wasn't easy for some matches.

 

Unfortunately this is all true. It's a fucking shame to because if they gave him a shot to be the top guy in the company he'd take the ball and run with it. It sucks that they don't see what he's truly capable of.

 

there'll be shenanigans, but it's also a street fight. enough crazy shit can happen in a street fight to reconcile an ambrose win regardless.

 

I almost think they have to give in a crazy win here. He needs the win, even a bullshit one (which this is a hardcore match, so easy enough) To stay in the main event picture for when Seth comes back. Now that they at least have him to the level of facing Brock I think they'd want to maintain that for a while.

 

I don't see Ambrose winning at all. Best way to go would be similar to Hart/Austin at WM13.

 

I really hope there are no Wyatt shenanigans during Ambrose/Lesnar, but I'm expecting it.

 

They need a monitor to blow up in Brock's face. That's amazing untapped booking.

 

I honestly don't think Shane is back fulltime and the HIAC match was a desperate act Vince pulled out of left field just because so many top stars were out this year. Even without the stipulation that Taker will never wrestle at Mania again if he loses... They made such a HUGE deal about the streak being broken and Taker losing at 30. Heyman STILL hypes up Brock by calling him the "One" in 22-1. I really doubt they're going to let Shane McMahon of all people share that honor. I don't see Taker losing. I would be shocked if he did.

Dean/Brock is the toughest to predict IMO.

 

I disagree, I think Dean is for sure losing to Brock, but he's going to go down swinging. Getting a rub by standing toe to toe with the beast and not relenting.

 

Yeah, Dean loses easy. Brock is the most protected guy in the company and Dean's been booked like shit his entire solo run. I don't see how you could think differently.
