You guys are fighting over whether Godzilla or Kong is the winner, and I'm just wanting more Rodan.

Less humans and story, and more monsters fighting and shit

 

just simultaneous stories of godzilla in his atlantis hangout and kong in his center-of-the-earth kingdom doing daily life.

 

An anime-style slice-of-life comedy about kaiju going about their lives. I'm down for it.

 

The only other monsters I’d like to see brought over from the legacy villains is Gigan and Destroyah. Everything else I’d be fine with new and original villains.

 

No Biollante? I think a plant monster is cool.

 

Godzilla vs Kong vs Clifford. Make it happen.

 

None of the Legendary titans look as cool as any of the Toho kaiju

 

Respect to your opinion, but I feel this is absolutely not true. Legendary Rodan is the best version of Rodan I've ever seen.

 

Yeah I thought they've done a reallllly good job with Rodan, Ghidora, and Mothra TBH. Godzilla looks badass too but yeah obviously doesn't look as close to the "classic" Godzilla as some might like and I respect that.

 

Legendary Ghidorah looks great.

The only one I feel weird about is Mothra. It’s not a bad design, it’s just weird seeing Mothra look like a legitimate oversized Lepidoptera.

That being said, I’d like to see Legendary’s take on Megalon. A giant monster that resembles a real Coleoptera would be pure nightmare fuel. Just have Megalon not be bipedal.

 

I meant the wholly original ones like the MUTOS. All the OGs in King of the Monsters looked great

 

Wasn't there a giant mammoth one in KOTM? I thought that one looked pretty cool.

 

Yah he was kinda cool. Only other one I could think of was giant spider.

 

MUTOs were great. I genuinely could see them being kaiju from the older films. Concept, design, and all.

Filming should start this fall with that release date.
