I am planning on hopefully catching her live tomorrow. Also I had no idea we are the same age and that’s pretty dope.

 

Seeing her in a bit! I was supposed to be hanging with friends this weekend but some stuff happened (my dad got COVID and they didn’t want me coming even though he’s negative and I was always negative, but that’s another story haha) but since those plans fell through I get to see her live!

At the Chicago venue (Thalia Hall), where she’s playing tonight, there’s a resident artist who draws show pictures/names on a chalkboard that is visible when walking up to the music room. It’s very cool and I always love seeing them and sharing them whenever I catch a show here. Like the amount of detail that she puts into drawing the artists is unreal.

She was great tonight! Loved hearing the new songs and songs from Miss Universe! Very good show!

 

I’m jealous, wasn’t around to go to her Boston show. Reasonably optimistic she’s going to be everywhere by end of the year though which should bode well for another tour.

Was excited to see this at 3 on the Brooklyn vegan list. A really excellent album that deserves at least a couple peak of 2022 mentions

Her last tour she didn’t have many background vocals and it didn’t sound nearly as “full” as her recorded music. Hoping that’ll be different this tour.
