I feel the same on mine! I think I've had mine for a little over a month now (also secondhand) and it's incredible. I'm still upset with myself over skipping these when they came out in 2020. I could've had a usable MacBook for the last 18 months instead of my hanging-by-a-thread 2013 MBP 16" which required constant AC power, along with the M1 iPad Pro.

It'll most likely be years before I get another Mac, but next time I'm doing a MacBook Pro and an iPad Air. My "Pro" iPad days are over. I just missed macOS way too much. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

I unfortunately can’t keep it since I promised myself I’ll give it back after apple has successfully waved at my laptop or whatever but damn. If they made a full fat 5k version of this, help me god…

So I opened case with Apple Support re: Apple Music issues just for shits and gigs.... they pretty much told me I'm full of shit.

Really hate it, tbh. I just don't want to ever use my phone for my music. Especially since it takes up storage on there. And yeah I'm not a streamer. Really wish they'd keep it going.

It's been a while since I've spent money on something stupid, so I just bought a couple of them to keep as backups for my current/for my wife/etc. Who knows, maybe they'll be "collectors items" down the road lol

 

Why wouldn't you want something that's always in your pocket for your music?? Just seems more convenient than an iPod

lol, so many questions ... what else are you storing on your phone that is taking up any space? I have like 150 gigs just sitting there after 3 years.

Streaming is a literal game changer. 60k of my songs in my pocket, millions more available.

 

I currently have 11,090 songs saved to my phone and 83.7 gigs still available of the 256gb.

 

48,742 photos and 2,453 videos. But even still that’s only half my storage

 

15k photos and 200 videos here.

(with iCloud Photo Library turned on)

 

Im at 91 gigs out of 128 right now with only about 400 songs that are only on my phone because they’re in my purchased songs from the iTunes Store lol. Most of the rest is pictures, videos, and apps.

i just have no interest in having all my music on there taking up even more room. Would rather save it for more pictures and apps and not crush my phone battery evey time I wanna listen to music lol

i don’t usually listen to music when I run but when I do I just grab my iPod and go. I also enjoy using the headphone jack because I use headphones and not earbuds
