Phew they recorded the whole thing in a week. I was worried we’d have to wait a longggggg time.

 

Can’t find it now but there was a post from a few days ago mentioning that they were working with Steve Aoki on a song. Could be interesting I guess, although I’m admittedly not super familiar with his work.

Steve Aoki's collabs are always at least interesting, but none have really stuck with me. He's worked with a lot of scene & scene-adjacent bands (FOB, Blink, Rivers Cuomo, Jim Adkins, Lights) over the last few years so teaming up with TBS isn't out of left field.

 

Man I remember leaving these shows drenched in sweat...so much fun!

Nothing new really. Listened earlier so trying to remember off the top of my head. Only new music that was talked about was the Steve Aoki track. Other points of interest
-reminiscing about 2004 cypress/blink tour was cool
- they mentioned getting Michael rapaport’s permission to use his voice on the upcoming official Great Romances demo
