So happy this is back tomorrow! Every season I tell myself I'm gonna submit an application to be a contestant, and I never follow through lol

 

I'm excited for the new season too, but I won't be participating in any hashtag bullshit here. I'm lame.

 

I think I’m behind an entire season, lol. Last one I saw had the lance bass catfish. Going to have to binge!

I applied a while back after S3 wrapped up, but I assume it was for S5 onward as S4 was already almost finished filming at the time.

I really hope I get chosen. Not likely, but I think it would be a blast haha

 

So apparently Baby Spice and Scary Spice are on the new season lol

 

End of first episode, yup.

 

Great first episode, seems like a fun starting crew. No one that is driving me crazy yet lol. Favorites are Yu Ling and “Carol”

 

I like "Paul".

 

Im not far into the first episode, but how everyone is basically an influencer now lol

 

Got through two episodes tonight — lotta big personalities in this one, could use a little more diversity in that dept (like previously mentioned how many of these people are influencers) but I already love a few of these contestants. Frank is so fun lol, dude weirdly reminds me a lot of Ron Funches. Paul played a shockingly bad game, was glad to see them go. The Spice Girls thing is a lot of fun, I’m excited to see more of them trying to piece together these fake animal poop children’s stories lol

 

My SO and I were in disbelief that "Paul" didn't know what a memoir was Deserved to lose right there

 

Right? The Rod Stewart thing was maybe forgivable (even though Crissa is in her 30s and should at least know the name), but when the same two people didn’t know what a memoir was it was like aaaalright now y’all are just being dim lol

 

Okay after watching 3 & 4, the Spice Girls gimmick got old very quick for me. They’re fun to watch and I don’t mind them being around, but it feels like their presence is really overshadowing the rest of the show right now

 

^Felt the exact same way, ready for that twist to be over. It was fun at first but took up too much time, especially in episode 4.

 

They’re the only reason I’m interested in this season so far tbh. Pure highlights of the show.

 

There were two highlights of the show that we gone in the second episode.

 

I'm enjoying the season so far. This has always been a stupid, fun show that's been carried by interesting personalities and they're doing a good job of it. Even if it's mostly influencers.

 

This show always has stupid twists that take up the majority of multiple episodes, this time it just happens to be the Spice Girls, and they are lovely to watch. Fun season so far

 

I liked the spice girls twist faaaaaaar better than the Lance Bass thing they did last season.

 

Definitely better to have the actual celeb than that celeb's manager, haha

 

Yeah the Lance thing kinda sucked. I don’t feel like they spent very much time on it at least, but it didn’t help that not many people in the game really seemed to care/actually believe it. The only good thing that came out of it was her getting blocked and having to bunk with that dumbass kid haha
