I always found it hilarious that Mark had to play Carousel sitting down and Tom had to play WMAA slouched over.

 

It is wild how they played their instruments that low haha

 

I'd love to see what Tom looks like playing a strat now.

I thought about that video. I wanna see him standing and playing live with one now. I can only imagine he looks ridiculous. Especially by the way he man handled the strat like a violin in that documentary haha.

No thanks, for selfish reasons. I mean yeah it would be great for him but probably will cut into him doing blink stuff.

 

Even if total bullshit, it’s pretty on brand and something mark would probably be pretty successful at. Mark is just so likable.

That would be interesting. That’s a hell of a commitment though. Can’t see how he could do blink full time at the same time or even go on any sort of lengthy tour.

 

And maybe that's just it - after spending the last 30 years in bands, trying something different for 5-6 years sounds nice - no pressure to tour, write an album, etc.

 

Imagine all the dope musical guests getting a big break on the show.

 

That would be the thing I'd be most excited about - the musical guests would be amazing. Look at his guests for After School Radio to get an idea of what bands he would be booking.

Even better: we get Tom as his Paul Shaffer..."Hey Mark!".... *back from commercial break* "Hey Mark!"..."What, what the fuck do you want?"

 

I’d be totally fine with seeing Mark on my tv every night, getting a new album every 4 years or so, and blink only touring sparingly.

If that was actually real it would become the third talk show I watched every single episode of since Conan and Craig Ferguson

 

I wasn't a huge fan of mark when he hosted that show on Fuse, it was fine but I like him better as a twitch caster. Just me though.
