No matter how you feel about Bauer, this looks like the MLB going after a guy who repeatedly called them out for not caring about players, cheating or the game itself. This seems personal from Manfred if it does match previous suspensions and if charges didn’t hold. Bauer likely cheated to win the Cy Young to prove his point about cheating and profit of it. Considering he’s been in administrative leave for a while already, this situation could get messy. Maybe both him and Manfred need out of the game.
