That’s pretty cool for Helmet. They were supposed to open a few dates of that Korn/FNM co-headliner that got cancelled

I just double checked and they're playing So What. May have to check this out for the lulz.

I’m starting to think that SDRE reunion tour is a myth

I've never even heard a single second of Dana Denta's music but after scrolling through parts of this song I am already happy that they're opening my date instead of Jeris Johnson.

  5. Damn I might have to head to Chicago for this, feel like they haven't played in the US in ages and ages

I was gonna argue with you since I've seen Dana Dentata but then I listened to some of that song and wow

I think they opened the SOAD w/ Korn stadium shows (it was the MLS stadium that only holds like 22,000, but they played two nights) in Los Angeles earlier this year

The only festival that makes sense for Sept 24 is Louder than Life, but they already announced their lineup.. so who knows why that date is blurred

I can see the list of artists but any way to see the shows that are doing this?

It looks like if you go to the venues social media pages they are posting an ad mat with each artist playing the venue they’ll be selling the all-in $25 tickets for. I looked at two LN amphitheaters and saw this.

I don’t know about all of them though.

Which 2 did you happen to check? I checked PNC Bank & Jones Beach & they just posted a link to Livenation's site

Maybe it's just me but I will never be able to enjoy a show by an artist I like in GA at a stadium. It's so far away from the stage.

I know some people like to kick back and bring a blanket or whatever but for the life of me, I find that so unappealing when it's an artist I like.

The list drops the day of the sale, but typically it's most LiveNation arena shows in the summer (your Korn/Evanescence, Brooks & Dunn, Imagine Dragons-level stuff)

I agree with this, but it's also very fun to drink too much with your friends & sing songs from a popular artist whose radio hits from 20 years ago you only kind of give a fuck about. Like I'll never see The Goo Goo Dolls in a club, but I'll def spend $25 for lawn seats to barely be able to see them while I sing Slide while there's like 40 joints being passed around me

  23. There's a handful of shows at Tinley and Northerly Island that I'll probably try for if they're included. Goo Goo Dolls/Lifehouse, The Chicks, Matchbox Twenty, and maybe even Backstreet Boys would all be fun.

Definitely not just you, though I definitely think we may be in the minority. Haha. The "lawn seat" vibe just never made sense to me... Because you're literally watching the artist on a TV screen.

I kinda get it for people who go to those things purely for the social aspect or partying or whatever but... Definitely not for me.
