really liked the new track here, unsurprisingly. lyrics bummed me out, but tbh these guys often have the type of lyrics that would make me want to check in and make sure they're doing alright if we were friends lol.

 

The new track is good, but I am hoping some of the new songs have a bit more of the epicness we saw with You're Gonna Hate What You've Done and New Hell. It's gonna be hard to top with these songs that have a more traditional structure and fewer shoegaze elements.

 

I love the blend of organic and distorted guitars they struck with "I Hate Everything"

 

Just got an email that their Cambridge date got canceled. Not sure what that means for the rest of the tour.

loving the direction with all the new tracks. The focus on acoustic guitar and keys is a nice change of pace. New Hell is a masterpiece imo but this stripped down sound works for them nicely. Lyrics are depressing as hell too per usual.

 

Another great track. Hoping for a full album of songs in this style (with a little fuzz, a'la the bridge in "I Hate Everything")

Caught them in Allston last night. So glad I got a chance to see them headline a tiny venue like O’Briens. Mostly played hits off New Hell but they finished off with another new song that hasn’t been released yet

 

I feel like we'll get an album announcement with all these singles on it at some point. Probably would've already happened if not for the vinyl supply chain issues, methinks.
