Man that final 15 minutes in the season 5 finale. Lalo is pisssseddddddd

 

Just about caught up in season five in anticipation for tomorrow. Hard to believe this show has already been on the air two years longer than breaking bad‘s original run. Something I’ve been thinking about is that it feels more focused on the macro elements rather than breaking bad, which felt more focused on Walt and Jesse. Not sure if that makes any sense. I forgot how much I loved the show.

 

So ready for tonight. Hope we get our usual check-in with Gene!

On episode 8, and I kinda forget how good the whole season was cause of how amazing the last four episodes were. Really one of the best seasons of tv.

I'm def getting anxious about this season now lol

Someone explain to me why Mike put an ID of Nacho and his Dad in the replacement safe and a phone number to the motel. I’m a bit lost.

 

Kim is scary

 

Funny how season 4 ended with Kim being worried about how far Jimmy is going and now the end of season 5/beginning of season 6 has reversed those roles in a pretty huge way

 

He left Nachos ID and took his dads so the Cartel didn’t find it. Left the motel number to make it seem like he was always planning on going there and not being helped after the fact.

 

I was just gonna say…someone explain the safe scene to me like I’m 5. Aside from the IDs and the phone number, Why the need to switch safe’s?

 

because they couldn’t let Eladio’s men know that someone else had broken into the safe first
