I could honestly see him releasing an EP/single. Something like a Frank Turner's Mittens or Gaslight's Here Comes My Man single.

He's got the 5 b-sides that were never digitally released. He also has been playing some great covers live. I hope he records that full band version of Atlantic City because that was fun. Or even just a song or two to keep testing the water and keep momentum going.

Just surprised with the number of interviews and chatter during the first two legs of the tour that we haven't heard something.

I don't think we'll hear anything Gaslight Anthem related talk until at earliest 2018. If you're gonna take a break than take it. Worked well for Thrice and like Dustin, Brian went solo, and other band members kept busy making music. And like Teppei had his leather company, Alex L. has Tiger Cuts. When they come back it'll be amazing but I'm trying to say patient and I'm happy the guys are still making good music.

I wish he'd record the Georgia songs with the production of Painkillers. I like those songs, but hate the recordings of them.

When I talked to him, he seemed very at a loss for what he'd do next for Gaslight. He kind of shook off the suggestion that the reception of Get Hurt impacted him, but I do think those reviews stung a bit. My guess is we'll get his Elsie Part II project. I think we'll hear from Gaslight again eventually, but I am guessing that it will be awhile.

I could see an Elsie Part II since he's been in Crowe full band mode for a bit. Even acknowledging the project and the idea of doing it again with Ted Hutt means something.

I don't see him re-doing an Georgia or other b-sides, since two were redone songs already. Georgia the song lacked the most production value, but I'd rather new music or HQ versions.

I know Brian is hesitating publicly with Gaslight. I think he feels he needs an exact idea. I think he's just better off writing and seeing what project or style comes out of it. He has a huge umbrella of sounds. If he feels it's a Crowes vibe, solo vibe or could feel the song as a Gaslight song, use that as a starting point.

All of his projects now how influence from all his other projects. It's quite cool. Just want him to make may I and I do want to see another Gaslight Anthem album when it's right. And other Crowes. And another solo album. Yes I'm greedy but a huge fan.

There's a rip on YouTube as well. It's one of those vinyl rips but it's fine for getting a feel for the song.

This is the vinyl rip for "The Blues, Mary." Didn't see "Diggin in the Dirt" anywhere.

Honey Magnolia is probably the best song I've heard this year. Brilliantly written.

I'd say Open All Night is better.

You can't make me whole, I have to find that on my own. Ugh, so damn good

I listened to this for the first time in quite a while the other day. I know it's not happening any time soon, but I can't wait to hear what he comes up with next

I've really come around on "Mojo Hand." That song was a lot of fun live.

  20. I really like Mojo Hand actually. It's jarring on the album but it's a great track.

I have this feeling if Mojo Hand was a b-side then fans would hold it in higher regard. I think it's a fun track and something different

Also, still waiting on the digital versions of the 5 he hasn't released. He said a while back they'd be coming soon.

I thought I read that somewhere. Painkillers just came out this year though. I know it was early this year but realistically I would say Q3/4 of next year at the earliest. I wouldn't complain if it was earlier than that though ;-)
