You're half right. Admittedly when I was a kid I thought they were straight bullshit but I've come to enjoy them as an adult and you're an abomination.

I just bought some of those candy pumpkins yesterday. I love like the first 10 I eat then I don't want anymore until next year.

I liked it for like 20 minutes once and then I never wanted candy corn ever again
