The last 15 minutes of this game have been absolutely insane for so many reasons and none of them good.

 

damn, really wish Atletico scored right at the death there. even if City won in extra time I would've just loved to see the scenes if that ball went in…

 

We are coming out to this game in a rough spot even with the win. KDB and Walker potentially injured and out for Liverpool. Cancelo is out for the first game against Real Madrid, Vinny Jr. going to be salivating at running wild.

 

Savic pulled this shit on the pitch so not surprised.

 

That was a very funny match, even if the result went the wrong way for me.

 

Imagine if Simeone and this Atleti team played in the 70s, how dirty they would have been then.

There is video out there of Vrsaljko spitting on City players in the tunnel. Savic also headbutted Sterling in the big scrum after the foul on Foden. What a complete piece of shit club. Biggest fucking hypocrites and whiners out there.

Not surprising that Vrsalijko and Savic will likely face bans. They’ve always been idiots anyway.

I think this could accelerate the end of Cholo. His way of coaching and playing leads to players feel psychologically on the edge and it boils over on big nights. Coupled with a difficult season and i wonder if the club would want to change something, especially with Poch on the market.

 

With all the handbags on the pitch, it doesn't seem to be getting mentioned much just how mental that Felipe tackle on Foden was. It's a brilliant tackle to get the ball and put it out, why on earth does he then lash out at Foden after he's already cleared him out?

I'm kind of stunned that he was able to make such a good tackle and then basically volley Foden in the same movement. It's incredible.

Is that the second yellow for him or did he get away with that in all the mess before later getting his red? I'm not really sure how that isn't a straight red anyway.

Grealish being a complete wind up was very funny though.

1/3 of the Camp Nou is filled with extremely noisy Frankfurt fans. May be the most hostile home game Barca have ever had. Not sure where they found 25,000 more tickets than their away allotment, but good on those fans.
