Death On The Nile (Kenneth Branagh,February 11,2021) Movie

“Death on the Nile” will see Branagh returning in the role of beloved fictional detective Hercule Poirot. The rest of the stacked cast includes Gal Gadot, Letitia Wright, Armie Hammer, Annette Bening, Ali Fazal, Sophie Okonedo, Tom Bateman, Emma Mackey, Dawn French, Rose Leslie, Jennifer Saunders, and Russell Brand.

The plot follows Poirot, a world-renowned detective, who becomes involved in a love triangle gone murderously bad while on a vacation in Egypt

 

seemed like orient express was a disaster, so I'm a little surprised they made this. it looks a little over the top but better than I expected.

 

orient express was whatever. might see this when it hits my living room

 

Why does Russell brand have to be in this? Hopefully they have a more satisfying conclusion than the last one

 

I quite enjoyed Orient Express actually; this looks good too

 

I enjoyed Murder. I'll check this out at some point.

unsurprisingly Disney is just dumping this in February and not gonna address *rm** at all

 

it’s surprising they’re releasing it theatrically. it seems like a perfect one to dump on + and never think about again

 

I’m posting mid viewing because the opening sequence seems to only exist to explain his mustache.

 

This was much better than Orient Express.

 

My theaters Dolby didn't work so now I'm seeing this on a liemax instead of The Godfather =(

 

We have the Karnak all to ourselves, a chef, and enough champagne... to fill the Nile!

 

Enjoyed it.

CGI in the pyramid sequence near the beginning is absolute trash; like, how hard was it to just film at the real pyramids in Egypt?

 

There was terrible CGI throughout both movies in this series. Enjoyable to watch, but not great movies.

 

Thought this sucked tbh. I think a lot of it was my dislike for most of the cast.

 

This was a huge step down from the first one
