It’s legit water lol it actually tastes good to me. I don’t like bud and blight so it’s much easier for me to drink a Next. It reminds me of hop water

Yeah the guilt free 0 carbs makes it taste even better!! I poured it in a glass the other day and it legit barley looks like the beer color you’d expect. Kind of funny.

RE: Chicago. Went brewery hopping yesterday at Maplewood, Ravinia, and Metropolitan. Ending at Metro was the choice move because all their beers are low ABV.

Both of those Deftones beers are tasty as hell. OHMS wasn't out when I went to San Diego a few years ago.

    '45 was a good year.'

out of the two i've had so far, i'd rank bride first and ohms second. besides bath, i think there's a fourth i've never tried. next time i get to los angeles, i'l definitely make time to go back to san diego primarily to visit this brewery.

So in the fall I spoke at a conference and this guy from a trading firm came up to me asking about my industry and setting up a call. Six months goes by and he follows up and we have the chat this week. Turns out he is a co-founder of Half Acre, and he says he wants to send me my choice of a case of beer. So three days later this shows up at my door lol. Easily $100 plus including taxes, these are all seasonal releases too.

I saw stovepipe cans of zombie dust the other day and i was stoked until I realized it wasn’t fresh. But 19 ounces of ZD? Yes please. Would only be better if it was gumballhead.

Yeah, I've had a couple of the Brix jams series. The fruit ones (Mango, Strawberry) are superior imo

Finally cracked a 3F for Armand. First time trying their framboise and it’s a beauty. Not too acidic, nice underlying funk, plenty of raspberry.

  23. South Jersey is a beer desert in terms of good breweries. Other than tonewood and maybe cape may, there isn't much going on. At one new that's about a year old and everything just tastes watery. I don't want to torpedo them in untappd because I'm nice so I give a 3.75 lol.

Went to Starkbierfest at Notch yesterday. It was awesome - had no idea what to expect from the Loggerhead where they dip a hot poker in your beer, but it tasted so good. Makes the whole head foam up and legit tastes like a toasted marshmallow while the beer itself stays cold.
