I have an opportunity to get an OLED today

I got my current switch 3 months after launch and the battery life is atrocious, but don’t know if it’s enough of an inconvenience to warrant a new switch purchase (let alone an added premium if I go for the oled upgrade)

I play mostly handheld, so is this a no brainer purchase?

I have a launch switch still and I definitely plan on getting the OLED. It just makes sense, especially if you’re in handheld.

 

I bought one at the end of last year. Battery life is way better than my OG which I still have, letting my girlfriend use it instead of getting rid of it. I play mostly handheld as well and love it.

 

I upgraded from a launch switch to an OLED and it was well worth it.

I've been trying to get my son into various mario games since he turned 2.5 since that is apparently when I started gaming but he doesn't really care about it. Likes watching Elden ring though.
