It’s odd that they use only one shot of Matt Smith in the trailer and it doesn’t exist in the actual movie. There is a shot of him walking in that location, but he is transformed while walking. Why not use any of the many many other shots of a non transformed Milo?

so many weird choices.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a completely separate movie somewhere.

my only thought about this movie is its a bummer Keaton and Matt Smith had to spend actual time and effort on its creation lol

I'm hoping the latter's appearance in Last Night in Soho is a sign that his agent has figured out how to put him in actually good movies, time will tell

Excuse me, what subplot was this even supposed to connect with?

 

I’m guessing this is a mix of the studio meddling in Fant4stic and the way New Mutants was screwed over by outside studio negotiations. Which, the fully formed version of both of those films still probably would’ve been bad, lol, and probably likewise here.

Anyways, feel like the best way to engage this movie at this point is memes and vibes.

 

Oh, and if any of you are curious at all about Marvel Comics history, this is a pretty decent, brief overview of Morbius and the Marvel horror trends he was part of, particularly in the 70s. That trend is also where Ghost Rider, Blade, and Werewolf by Night came from.

 

How much screen time does Smith actually get in this?

 

he’s in quite a bit of the second half and he has a really weird needle drop scene but i was too checked to even be like “wtf!” because (ugh no pun intended) the energy was sapped out of me long before

 

He is the colead really. Having one moment of him in the trailer that doesn’t even exist in the same way as it appears in the movie was a… choice.

 

I really only care to see this because he's in it, so I'll check it out at some point this week with my regal unlimited. Haven't seen a single positive thing about it though.

That's the only game you play at all? Interesting.

 

Definitely the game I return to the most, nothing else has held my attention as long as BOTW. Especially after learning wind bombs and getting a Korok mask heh. I've also gotten into BOTW streamers like Quinbobin and PointCrow
