Oso Oso and PLOSIVS for me. I didn't realize PLOSIVS was a super group. I was like damn this sounds like the Pinback singer lol

Also Slothrust released like a bonus version of their last record which was SO GOOD. Some of the demos sound really cool.

Also that newish Diplo album is really good (from a few weeks back).

Let's get these people moving faster!

Oso Oso and Peregrine for me. Happened to stumble onto Peregrine only a few weeks ago, and it's always nice when a band new to you just happens to release new music too.

This Hot Water Music album is so good. I didn't realise Chuck Ragan was one of the singers. I loved him on that Rocky Votolato split EP a few years back and always meant to check out his other work.

Can anyone recommend another Hot Water Music album to check out from the back catalogue?

Catching up after being out of town this weekend

Mattiel album is real cool. Oso Oso was a big letdown after their last one. Charli and Yumi Zouma were solid but not spectacular. Will check out a few more in the thread too

Thanks to everyone for the Hot Water Music recommendations. The fact I got 3 different albums recommended confirms my suspicions that this is just a killer band and I should dive headfirst into their discography!
