yeah I feel like the ranting elsewhere about them being lazy is overblown. Thrilled to get 40 more tracks (hopefully a few more n64 ones especially). Sky Garden was the only one that struck me as particularly graphically off. Ninja Hideaway is absolutely 'real' mk8 level good.

Not buying it until I beat triangle strategy

 

We let our 3 year old play the Kirby demo with us and she's now obsessed with Kirby haha. We played those three levels in the demo a ton of times, so it's been nice to play some new stages the last couple days. Pleasantly surprised that there are a lot of optional hidden items and challenges that up the difficulty level if you choose to complete them. Those weren't really present in the demo.

We've been doing a basic run through each stage with our daughter, but my wife and I are looking forward to starting our own save file once she's asleep to try to 100% everything.

 

When you start the game it give you a choice of two difficulty modes Spring Breeze and Wild.

Wild mode you have a lower health bar, enemies are more aggressive, but you get more star tokens. It's actually not too bad.
