That's news to me! They played great in Raleigh last week but it was a little odd not to hear mention of any new songs. Felt more like greatest hits executed well, but without anything articulated for future plans.

 

they appear to be liking most of the responses to the post. a quick Google search of their name and the words "People Like People" (which shows up at the beginning of the teaser), indicates they're releasing an album of the same name on May 13. - Watashi Wa - People Like People

 

They aren't releasing new music on T&N. They're featured on Watashi Wa's new album, which is being released through T&N.

 

Amazing, their last few albums as Eager Seas and Lakes have all been really great. The constant name changes have been confusing, but glad they're still making music in general

holy shit. i don't think they'll try to get the feature pulled, but this doesn't look good for a band who's predominantly opposed to most of those ideas (although i often question just how embedded Stephen is in that mindset, given that he's a pastor).

 

Really hope the band and Relient K step up and say something. No chance they can stop the release even if they wanted, but saying something is important

absolutely. same goes for RK too. they're currently touring with an openly gay artist, so this kinda contradicts the accepting/affirming vibe they're trying to conjure.

Absolute garbage song with a mind-blowingly inauthentic little monologue there at the end considering the rightwing shit Seth has been posting. It’s a pretty thin veil, too. This song might as well be calling people “sheep”
