I use it on occasion, including right now actuallyI. It's pretty buggy especially with airplay (which sucks because the main thing I use it for is to get Grizzlies games on my tv that aren't picked to be aired on BSMW/BSMW+)

It also pisses me off to no end that you have to sit through an ad before loading content that you pay a lot for lol. I know it's like ten seconds but it deeply irritates me

 

I only use it really if the blues are on NHL network or if the cards some reason are blacked out here but holy shit it makes me want to bang my head against the wall with how buggy it can be

 

The commercials you mentioned annoy me too. My big issue is that the commercials that run during breaks tend to go over and so the game is always in progress when it returns lol. It’s so bad, but the Cavs, Blue Jackets, and Guardians are all on that damn platform haha.
