Those ticket prices are fucking absurd lol. Multiple hundreds of dollars for a single ticket? Jesus wept. I don’t think I’d pay more than about 50-60 for a ticket and even then that’s favourite artists territory.

$80 is even pushing it for me. Anything over that I just pass it up.

i mean, there are tons of artists priced above that limit that totally warrant it. hell, MCR deserves more than that. with fees, $50-60 is less than, like, what the descendents/menzingers/rise against tour ended up being haha. but $300 for nosebleeds is absolutely absurd.

For some reason I have such bad memory of concerts that it wouldn't feel worth it to pay these types of prices lol

i feel like at small venues, 10-20 is normal, 500-1k places like 30-40, anything above that outside of stadiums and the lawn 50-80 is pretty standard. arena shows are almost always 100-150 for GA/100 level. again, if it were 300 from GA and like 60-75 for upper levels, again, that wouldn’t be a big deal. $300 to get in the door is insane.

I paid over $100 to see Billie Eilish and I was in the 300s, and that wasn't even resale. It was totally worth it though. I probably would not have paid over $200 for the same seat though.

I paid $220 in jan 2020 for a ticket to see them at prudential center in new jersey, but i fully anticipated spending $150 minimum for 1 seat.

i guess going to shows in NYC im just used to high(er) prices by now it hardly phases me. my wife and i wanna see the killers at the garden in september and i am expecting to drop $300-400 on 2 tickets.

i paid a redacted amount to see the eagles play hotel california in full but they were floor seats and it was at the forum with the USC choir and orchestra. i have no regrets best show ever.

I paid... an amount... to see radiohead in nosebleeds from a scummy reseller cause they hadn't played here in over 20 years and I thought it was my only shot. If mcr is that band to ppl and espesh if they missed the bands heyday live I don't blame them. I'll def be out a pretty penny for these shows and I've seen them multiple times

I don’t remember what I paid to see Rush at the Honda Center 10 years ago but it was worth it to watch 18,000 people air drum along with Neil Peart.

I'm curious how that came about, whether he asked Gerard for vocals like that or whether he just offered haha. Definitely not what I expected when I heard he was going to be on there.
