I feel they dropped the ball a bit not pushing a new single still.

 

I'm on the edge of buying it. Partially because I variant collect them. Just annoying because SRC is already doing the hifi black releases of these.

Yep. The label messed up HARD. The hype has died down so much. They really should have capitalized with Sober or Kings about a month ago.

 

I do like Boxing Day , the title track, and when I was young. But I wouldn't replace anything on California for them

I've been listening to other stuff lately but I watched some more tour videos and I wanted to listen to California again. I can honestly say there's a good chance I never even listen to DED again. Neighborhoods will still have it's normal spot in my fall listening rotation though. I like that album a lot in the fall for some reason.

 

I would if yelawolf wasn't in it lol it disrupts the song. It's like listening to the radio, but a different station crosses in for a moment before you regain signal lol

 

I just took the 3 songs I liked from DED. And tacked them onto the end of neighborhoods lol

 

Where's this vinyl box set at? Might be interested...


I went to the blink 182 subreddit to see if anyone posted there, but all I read was a post where someone was amazed that someone in one of their classes knows who blink 182 is so im not feeling pretty good about the universe rn

Whenever he returns, I'll be interested. I acknowledge the band sucked for the last decade or so, but the band currently is just generic and boring to me. It's okay and at least they're functioning like a normal band.

 

Lord Timothy Byron Charles Delonge III, will rise again from the ashes.

 

I don't want or expect Tom to ever return.

 

I've cooled on California so much recently and it bums me out really

 

Tom. We know you started blink. We know. Nobody forgot about you.

 

I also have zero interest in ever seeing him return. As I've said before to just keep things short and to the point, "fuck Tom".

I hope he never comes back.

 

I don't think Mark wants it either. Travis seems more forgiving.

And if he came back I know I'd never hear San Diego again, so I say a hearty "fuck that" to his return.

It was buried in a podcast that was completely about something else. But he could have side stepped the question, I know. Clearly he wants to return at some point though and he does have control over what blink does.

Still love Tom! I do hope he ends up coming back at some point. Would love to see him back on stage with the others.

 

I hope he won't. Otherwise it will be like Black Flagg, Misfits, etc. Always arguing and suing each other, yet playing for the $$$$$$$$ or in my case for the €€€€
