Just saw this about Vein.fm on twitter

 

For whatever reason, the guys in Vein don’t seem like the type of people who would carry guns, but if all that’s true (and I’m inclined to believe most, if not all of it is), that’s fucking disgusting

Maybe it’s just because I’m Canadian and carrying guns isn’t nearly as common here so it’s hard for me to picture any band carrying them… I dunno

 

People are saying they just roke a single mic stand and thats about it, so who knows.

I wonder if this will affect their spot on the Touché tour. It seems like almost every band that was set to play that tour wound up having accusations against them

Surprised Veinfm is still on Touché Amoré tour, I had the impression TA wont tolerate that behaviour.

 

Yeah same glad I saw that stuff before I listened tbh, would be harder otherwise.

I also don't know anything about Momentum. But I feel like Vein needs to make some kind of statement to have any hope of any respect from me at all

You're not going to get a statement from Vein and Momentum doesn't care especially because this is a case of hearsay on both sides as of now. It's fucked especially if violence against women and teens was involved, but life moves on in the hardcore world.

 

Coheed hinted at some SSTB anniversary shows for later this year

 

Didnt found much information about this nor an official announcement, but Clairo postponed some of her tour dates until July

My guess is another band that’s on WWWY Fest


My other guess is that it’s Alkaline Trio

 

I feel like ALK3, TBS and NFG are all much bigger than Bayside. If it’s someone on WWWY, Anberlin would make a ton of sense.

 

I always regret not being able to go to the MCS / Bayside tour, so them.

Oh for sure, I couldn't make that tour work and I've always regretted it.

 

I put this in the Bayside thread…I can’t think of a band that makes sense because every band I think of has either already opened up for Bayside or Bayside has already opened for them. Like, I can’t think of an equal valued co-headliner.
