Gonna get Bioshock in a few hours so it'll be downloaded by the time I get home. Frick I'm pumped.

 

ahh i want bioshock so bad but need to be smart with money this week with riot fest coming up. Maybe I have some games to trade in

 

Has anyone played the new Ace Attorney?

 

It's not October, so no it isn't.

 

I'm really starting to play my best smite competitive lately and it's been making me happy.

It also helps I've been super study hard by watching smite esports and watching smite pros twitch stream.

I've had 4 straight wins as a hunter so I also found my role.

The month of October is definitely stacked but not all in one day like today.

Also, how dare you not declare this day Bioshock Day?! Lol

 

Dead Rising Collection is more interesting to me haha.

 

Been listening to the Cane and Rinse podcast lately. Damn is it wonderful. Very thoughtful and organzied critiques/opinions on games with a wonderful selection. Listened to their Ori and the Blind Forest episode and then went to Zelda Oracle of Ages then Rage. Love it.

I'm really enjoying Dead Rising but I had forgotten how annoying the time limits are. Glad they're getting rid of that for Dead Rising 4. It will be nice to actually do all the side quests and not miss half the game because of a constant rush against the clock that adds nothing positive to the game

 

Time constraints are actually one of my favorite parts of 1 and 2. Without a sense of urgency nothing feels like a real threat.

 

I hate time constraints in any game. Couldn't play Dead Rising much because of them. Same with Majoras Mask.

 

Been away from the consoles for a while but I just Preordered the PS4 slim with uncharted 4 with NBA 2k17, saw that the last of us redone is 14 dollars on Amazon. Totally snagging that and probz the other three uncharted games also. My sentence structure is terrible but I'm just so happy to game again u guyz

 

Me 1 month ago: I will be responsible with money and not buy Bioshock for awhile

Hey it's not all bad. Look on the bright side, after initially deciding to put off getting Bioshock, you did (technically) go a whole month before getting it. That counts for something.

 

I played a number of fantastic games at Boston FIG.

THE FLAME IN THE FLOOD - a great survival game with a story twist and tons of exploration.

APE OUT - the breakout looping game of 2016.

PERCEPTION - a new take on survival horror from the perspective of a blind woman.

ANAMORPHINE - if you liked stuff like The Beginner's Guide.

 

Jesus Christ, how many damn collections are they going to keep churning out?
