Love seeing Heyman backtracking now. Seems obvious he doesn’t have a real source and just said that since it’s the day before the ‘deadline’ so if a deal is made he can say he was the only one that said they were close and if he’s wrong he can say “not me it was my source”.

 

Heyman has always been a mouthpiece for owners and scott boras. he very well may have a source, but it may be someone on ownership side who thinks players will cave by tonight.
