Wow I love this! Jade sounds a bit like Daryl Palumbo at times on it, or is that just me haha

 

It's very Forgive Durden, especially Wonderland era. I love it.

Definitely get Forgive Durden vibes, or Gatsby's American Dream. It's good. Excited to see whatever's next!

Hm not sure about this one, verses do very little for me. Still definitely excited for whatever is coming next from Jade though

 

Yeah, sounds like I'm in the minority but I'm not digging this as much as everything that has come before it. Hopefully it grows on me.

 

I can absolutely hear Forgive Durden, whilst I’m not sure I want an album in this style I still think I’d enjoy it

 

I'll be honest, I was a little sad when it was not a Manchester Orchestra cover.

 

I agree it's not my favorite thing from this band but I do like the song and have faith it'll work in the context of whatever Jade has planned, and I'm all for a little experimentation

 

Well that was certainly interesting. Not in a bad way either. I think the only thing I wasn't completely sold on by the end was the vocal delivery/melody in the verses. But, to be honest, Jade's vocal were always something that had to grow on me (and when they do grow on me, they really get stuck in my head). I don't love it yet, but I think I can get there with another few listens
