The slam dunk contest mostly sucks because all it is is guys jumping over guys. Its so predictable. Boo.

That dunk comp was so bad.

 

Last night's contest was one of, if not the most underwhelming I've ever seen. It makes me sad to think Obi Topin will be remembered as a winner (for that performance, no less) while Aaron Gordon doesn't have a single win to his credit.

I don't know how to fix it, though. Bigger names could help, but we know they're all worried about damaging their reputations should they perform poorly. I do like the idea of moving the 3 point contest to that final slot, though.

 

It was incredibly weird but I’m not sure that’s what it was. Isiah looks pissed, they signal over to another guy, you assume it’s to come get him, but when he emerges it appears more as though he’s a stage hand and they’re just in a hurry to not be seen
