  1. Lol despite what they tell you on television I have to bill things in six-minute increments try again

  2. Then again I don’t get to negotiate mlb labor deals so maybe I’m doing it wrong

  3. The Skaggs case is federal so that’s gonna be the difference-maker. Federal sentencing guidelines are notoriously harsh. I’m sure a state level charge in OH would be a lower sentence

I'm gonna get The Show on Switch, I have no problem hitting, pitching or anything... but it legitimately looks better in MLB 15 on my Vita.

What made this one federal? The fact that it occurred across states?

  6. I haven't looked at what they specifically said the basis for jurisdiction is in this case but most (maybe all?) drug distribution cases can be made federal if the feds want to do so. The interstate element is obvious here but usually it's just kinda a perfunctory thing, there's always gonna be jurisdiction in a drug case.

Now practically why are the feds pursuing this instead of CA state prosecutors? Sounds cynical but I guarantee you it's because it's a high profile case. Sometimes though state prosecutors will actually ask feds to take a case because the feds can get a harsher sentence than state law would provide. It can get shitty in a hurry

I think that’s a new style that New Era is gonna try to push. Have seen that hat float around with different color ways and alternate logos for some time.

I’ve liked quite a few ST hats over the years but the mesh always kills it for me

Paul O’Neill is underrated and not talked about enough these days, but I don’t feel like his number is retirement worthy. Seems kinda bizarre.

Obviously a big part of their dynasty but great numbers period. Yankee fans practically rioted when they let Latroy Hawkins wear his number. If the fanbase won't let anybody else wear the number, seems like simple math to me lol
