I cheesed the first black knight in dark souls or whatever and now Im trying for the second one and yeah I can’t cheesr him since he’s up in a tower

 

getting the hang of dishonored but still feel like i die all the fucking time and stealthy stealth only works until i botch it about half way into a level and have to clear out enemies regardless lol. health management is difficult for me rn, not finding lots of healing elixirs anywhere.

 

That’s pretty much how I play Dishonored/Deathloop. I go stealth at the beginning-middle of the area and take out as many as possible. Though eventually I just let loose. Though with Deathloop it’s much easier to take out swarms of enemies. Dishonored is definitely more catered to stealth.


I should play Dishonored 2 someday

 

Dishonored was such a good series, I hope they bring it back

 

Let him chase you down the tower and fight him down there, much more room to dip, duck, dive, dodge

 

unlike in Dishonored, your playstyle in Deathloop has no bearings on the outcome of the game, which lets you experiment much more freely. And kill with reckless abandon.

Anyone playing/played Lost Ark and got any tips? I am massively overwhelmed. I don't like how 'tight' the camera is and I feel like I can't see enough of the world (which seems massive but seeing only a little at a time makes it even more so) and there are so many interfaces. I don't think I was ever this confused or intimidated by WoW. Maybe I'm just old, but I don't think I have the patience to figure this game out. My brain is already too full of stuff. If I just keep going blindly, and read the prompts, will it eventually click or is it just the type of game you gotta commit to researching and giving it your all? Basically, can a casual scrub get into it? I only have like 5 spells and I can't even memorize what each one does (im a mage bard as I only really like support classes in these types of games).

 

Been playing through Dark Souls for Elden Ring, the frustration is so real in that game

 

At least play Symphony of the Night if you ever get a chance.

okay this looks fucking awesome. apparently its 35 hours long (probably for completionists, i imagine the story will be 15). still im about it

 

I have been using the zwellhander as my boss weapon and the claymore for regular enemies

 

alright this sold me. elden ring will be my first from game. prob wont be able to snag day one but its def a priority now.

 

Infinite stamina when not in combat, thank god.

 

I like how I’m getting super invested into dark souls since last time around I gave up on the gargoyles

 

the only thing I’m still meh at is backstabbing but I feel like that just seems like a wonky mechanic tbh
