Definitely going to try and get a pink copy.

 

Does anyone else own this pressing of The Moon is Down? I can’t tell if it’s a matter of the album’s production being generally eh, but I feel like the press is terrible. Packaging is pretty half assed too.

Just an FYI, the Tooth & Nail store has the White Cloudy variant (2,500 pressed), but FSF's webstore has the pink haze one (1,000 pressed).

 

Same haha. Picked up the pink haze through FSF store.

 

Also +1 for pink haze via FSF store. $75 is definitely steep, but it looks like a really legit package. If I end up selling my white pressing it'll pay for it too.

I went on a really big Moon Is Down kick last summer and wanted to purchase it on vinyl but after seeing the prices on Discogs I'd figured I'd wait for another repress. Worth it with everything included in the package.

 

Also got the pink version from the band's website.

There's something about seeing that pink artwork or hearing the first few seconds of the jet noise that instantly takes me back in time. I'm really excited about this and I will read every word of the book, probably multiple times

 

Unsurprisingly, it's already sold out on the official FSF store.

 

That was expensive... but surprisingly cheaper than I was imagining...

 

Grabbed the T+N variant since the band site was already sold out. This package looks really cool, and I'll probably pick up the Polaroid shirt from their site later.

 

Love this album but $75 is pretty nuts. It's a single LP! Wish there was a cheaper variant available.
