Yep sure was. McDermott didn't keep anyone over as far as I can remember. Maybe Danny Crossman for ST for a year or something. Everyone on Rex's staff was "released from their contract" I think.

Aside from the whole punching a kid thing the OL was...pretty good while he was here. Eric Wood has given his stamp of approval on it, he apparently loved him as his position coach.

It doesn't fix what I think the Bills main problem on the OL is currently but it should lead to an improvement I suppose. They still don't have 5 guys who all fit the same scheme and instead are trying to patch the best pieces they can at guard specifically. But at the same time the only time in John Miller's career he hasn't been hot garbage were under Kromer so maybe he can resurrect Cody Ford

I think sometimes people overreact to a good coordinator being a bad head coach. It's a completely different job/skillset that only like 10-20 people are ever really any good at haha

it’s bad protocol. As a person learning how to be part of that IT / IS team, anything that takes that long to update needs to be built on a mirror system and THEN transferred to the live systems. I can’t fathom shutting down essential payroll systems for months because the IT team did all the work on the live system.

 

Yeah nah I’d say the same thing as marsupial if it was over something this dumb. No reason they can’t wait until next quarter to increase my responsibilities then, but also it makes no sense your accounting team can’t update your quarterly expenditures? Just sounds like companies trying to make up excuses to cut costs that don’t make sense to cut

The Kamara stuff is looking worse. Reports are that Kamara hit the guy 7 or 8 times after he was on the ground and his friends stomped him after he was unconscious. They could have killed the guy if that’s true. I think the guy is mostly ok so they have that going for them but if that’s true it’s beyond a fight imo that kind of beating can’t be justified

 

The fact that he lied about how it went down compared to what the camera showed made me think it was a lot worse than him defending himself or getting a dude out of his face

I support anyone punching a dude who is attacking or aggressively harassing you… but it should never go past the point where the other person is already subdued. getting repeatedly punched on the ground / stomped is well past the point of necessary fighting
