I throw out half the resumes I get because I dont want unlucky people working for me.

 

Nothing says youre more analytics driven than writing a resume in excel.

The job that hires Lovie Smith is definitely the least desirable job

 

It's like the Texans saw the Dolphins hire and were like "What is the exact opposite of this?"

 

They should have just named Lovie the HC after Culley was canned

He's certainly a better bridge coach than Culley, but what a waste of a coaching cycle

 

It also goes against everything Caserio described in his last presser on who the next HC may be

Lovie is a known commodity, he will be here two years max

hard not to see there's still an internal power struggle within the organization

 

Yeah reading a little bit about it, if it’s true that the lawyer for the nfl instructed the results of the tests to be deleted because it was bad for the nfl’s case that’s pretty fucked up. I still just have a hard time caring about underinflated footballs and it’s bizarre this continues to be a story.

Its funny, I feel like NE front office people generally do better than the former head coaches, because the talent evaluation, contract negotiation, etc is all stuff that can be translated to a different team. But man, Caserio looks hopeless.

Comes in, hires a bunk 60+ year old dude for a surely failed job. And then fires him after one year to hire...another bunk 60+ year old dude who went 8-24 at his last NFL job.

When they fire Lovie Smith after 2022, how does Caserio even get the chance to hire a 3rd coach?

 

Because the plan is to fire him for McCown so it’s already approved and stupid haha
