This is the first negative thing I've heard about Wegmans in my entire life.

 

Lol I loathe the following things:

a) grocery shopping
B) crowded stores
C) too many options
D) random unexplained train and or rooster noises

I didn’t stand a chance

 

sounds like me feeling sensory overload lol

 

That’s literally what it is. This place gets my anxiety cranked up like almost nowhere else lol

 

Wegmans why

 

Yeah grocery shopping is hard for me to stomach during busy hours I have to do it late at night like 2 hours before close

 

I feel like I’ve not been to a Wegmans here that does that but I have been to a weird ass grocery store in Connecticut that had annoying sounds & robotic pieces of wood made to look like animal cutouts that move etc. it wasn’t a Wegmans but I fucking hated it

 

Wegmans is great

 

If it wasn’t for them always having short rib I would literally never come here

Ugh it’s like how I boycott everything Amazon but sometimes Whole Foods is the only place in my area that has good thick ribeye steaks or the specific spices & herbs I need Etc

 

I need to buy a laptop strictly for work and school that can smoothly handle Tele conferencing, and lengthy programming scripts that pull from a lot of libraries and interpreters. It does not need a gaming / video editing graphics card or anything like that it just needs to be compact, modern, and capable processing-wise.

am I going to do any better than this for less than $700?

yeah but I need to be able to bring a laptop to my Capstone class and my current one is just, nearly unusable.

my desktop is also kinda dying to the point I’d love to wipe it and only use it for personal entertainment.

Programming stuff with this thing has been annoying. For some reason Dell (years ago) decided to partition the hard drives on their Inspiron computers in some weird way. And now whenever I install a programming tool I have to be super particular about where it puts the plugins / interpreters / codecs, or else it’ll be like Visual Studio Code can’t find the files, because the command prompt terminal or Anaconda or Idle or MySQL etc installed them in a different place.

It’s a god damn pain in the ass and a lot of times installs get stuck and don’t work all the way, which especially sucks for college because every fuckin class wants me to use different tools. I just wanna start from scratch and install everything via Visual Studio Code because it’s the one program that actually streamlines everything to work with multiple different coding languages on Windows computers in one app

Lots of interviews are like that

 

You figure that there are plenty of real world jobs with day long interviews. You know these cushy NFL jobs include a nice fancy dinner for two hours, probably a relaxed informal meeting lunch, and then the rest of the interview too.

 

For real. Not like it’s a 10 hr interrogation

 

Yeah, it’s probably a lot of leisure because the owner is there. I’m sure even the coaches that get a shitty interview, it’s probably at a nice steakhouse with wine

 

I’m not hiring a coach that drinks wine.

Coors light? Long Island iced teas? Tequila? That’s the kind of guy I’m hiring.

 

Actually, if the wine is a chaser for the tequila shots, I’ll make an exception.

 

Dinner interviews, ahem Dinnerviews, are the most awkward fucking experiences ever.
