I made a v. yummy creamy tomato potato broccoli basil soup and it's the best

 

Won't it be uncomfortable for everyone when I don't make it on the OP?

 

Those are fine. And tomatoes that are cooked into things are fine. Tomatoes on a sandwich are upsetting.

 

I gagged a little.

 

Not liking tomatoes is a silly opinion. You're taking tomatoes for granted. Don't like pasta sauce? Pizza sauce? Ketchup? Salsa? Bruschetta? Tomato Soup? BLTs? Tuna Melts? Bloody Marys?

I don't like whole tomatoes. I don't particularly like ketchup. I do like cherry tomatoes. I have a weird relationship with them.

 

All very delicious except I don't know what bruschetta is

 

Only freaks like to bite into whole tomatoes and let the juices spill down their chins.

 

you know, I didn't even realize that the conversation was about tomatoes.

And I do eat them like apples, with some salt on top. I am a freak.

I'm starting to wonder if I actually dislike tomatoes.

 

I physically forced myself to like them raw. It was rough, but I'm a better person now.

 

i mostly just don't like the texture. so i don't like them on sandwiches, burgers, mexican food, etc.

I thought about it too much and now it's freaking me out. I've always just said I hated tomatoes. But I don't know if that's even true anymore. I'm living a lie.

I don't want to eat a raw tomato but I also don't not want to eat one.

 

I love tomatos. I eat them sliced with salt and pepper on them. I don't eat the gooey part though.

 

Try putting thin slices on burgers and stuff you already like. That's what did it for me. Plus I started topping my garlic bread with super thin slices of tomato. That really helped.

 

tomatoes are amazing.
