the problem with 4 was they wanted to recreate the first game but a worse version and yeah it just felt super flat to me.

1-3 and even the mini games and alternate game were great

 

I don’t think they do well in general so Capcom probably has zero interest in investing time and money into them.

 

yeah but im probably gonna play dishonored on gamepass but i dont care that i wont actually own it because im probably gonna play it, beat it, and move on, which shouldnt take me too long, certainly before it gets taken off gamepass (if it ever does). and in the future if it does but i feel like replaying it, i wouldnt mind rebuying it because i would probably start all the way over anyway if i were replaying on gamepass. which is why i have it and use it. most games i dont really care if its not in my steam library.

 

im very excited for tiny tina and am gonna play borderlands 2 for the first time soon here, ive gotten about an hour or two in so far and will pick up full speed as i wrap up valhalla. would like to play the tiny tina dlc for it before the tiny tina game comes out, hopefully its not too expensive on steam. kinda sucks i dont have my ps4 now because that for freet would be nice lol

 

I thought it was really funny how L4D and DR were sort of poking fun at each other with achievements and Easter eggs in the games.

 

I guess I should've mentioned I already beat them on Gamepass haha, I'm only considering buying them because I really liked them, but I guess I was also trying to open up the larger convo re: owning games

 

yeah i guess it depends on the game. like if elder scrolls 6 launches gamepass day one id probably still buy it just in case.

 

On the topic of dead rising yeah I can’t see capciosidad going back to that series because zombie hype isn’t worth it right now. I also can’t see them really re-inventing the series right now.

We're currently living in the shitty reality of covid.

Not sure why anyone would want to also play a simulation of it.

 

For my part, idle curiosity. I'm not happy about it, and I don't think I'll come back to it. I was interested to know how accurate it would be. Accurate simulations can be very useful, not in a gamified kind of way. Unfortunately, I have no way of discerning if it's accurate or not, although I'm leaning towards either it isn't or I'm vastly ignorant on what a Covid-infected environment would actually be like.

 

I'm having an oddly good time playing Minecraft Dungeons. It's really simple but it's nice to have something where you can just turn off your brain and smash stuff.

 

Upsampled to 4k with DLSS (balanced) then back down to 1440p. No other edits.
