  1. I may have bad taste for liking ‘Homecoming’ but at least I never made that Fitness album.

I’m not a fan of Fitness really but their song “Matter of Time” is great and should have been saved for Eve6

Pretty good! Sugi Tap ep deserves to be pretty high though

The best Sugi Tap songs were reworked as Eve 6 songs anyway.

    And let's not forget Eleventeen.

  7. True, Pick Up the Pieces has my vote for best song on Speak in Code

I can get into the Sugi Tap stuff. Didn't know "Red and Black" was originally from that project.

Max and Jon are clearly happy with what they're doing now, so good for them. It ain't for me, though. I've got four records of old stuff to listen to.

Yup but I much prefer the Sugi Tap version over the Eve 6 version

It's wild how much better these new songs are than anything else in their discography.

I don't think you're going to find a lot of support for this take in this thread :crylaugh:

I do think what they're doing now is interesting and I enjoy it. I wouldn't say I prefer it to their older stuff by any stretch, but I think that's a defensible position if your tastes lean more toward their current style.

i am so scared to think about how they are going to ruin all their old songs in their new style on this tour

We want people to cancel their spotify subscriptions because they exploit artists to the tune (ha) of $0.003 per stream. We are in the process of removing everything we have control of from Spotify. This is not about Joe Rogan if you want to listen to that chud be our guests!!

I will be holding off on buying tickets for my date until I start to see some videos.

I don’t see them drastically changing the sound of their older songs for tour? If I’m wrong then I’m wrong but I just don’t see that.

Also yeah - fuck Spotify big time. Not that Apple is a saint but Apple Music pays more so I’ve been using them for a long time now.

Honestly, I am guessing they will perform all their older songs in the newer dirtier messier garage style. I don't know for sure, but it's just a guess based off their recent output and vibes

I've also enjoyed their song Yellowjackets. The chorus has some eve 6 catchiness to it at least.

Not sure of that artwork but still excited for a full length! Wild that it’s been a decade since Speak In Code.
