the whole one day thing sucks unless they going to have a bunch of shows around that weekend in Vegas like man that much for just one day and I know there going to be heavy conflicts

It’s honestly why I’m NOT even considering this.

pretty much. riot is always stacked but it's spread out (as it should be) and half of the bill consists of local, "skippable" acts. attendees at this festival will have to pick one between wolf alice, silverstein, the starting line and manchester orchestra all at the same time or something.

Instead of all these bands, they have these other bands, which if you think about it, is the exact same thing

can’t believe this isn’t spread out over multiple days - seems like a logistical nightmare

Last time they held this it was two days and less bands so it’s interesting with more bands it’s only one day

Yellowcard can simply come back for this one single day and I would not be upset. Just saying.

Was thinking Knocked Loose, The Linda Lindas, and Meet Me @ The Altar when I typed that out. I realize after taking a second look at the lineup that you're right. lol.

  13. As silly as it is that this wasn’t spread across multiple days, I legitimately don’t think my old ass could handle more than one haha. Bring on the single packed day of wall to wall entertainment. Gonna miss out on some bands, gonna see some short sets, not gonna care because I probably won’t be bored for a second

A lot of the acts I would want to see on this are either touring near me this year, I just saw last year, or will likely be announcing a tour that stops near me in the future. It would be cool to see them all in one spot, but I’m honestly not sure it is worth it for me.

It’s def not worth the price for it being one day and ending up missing out on 2/3 of the lineup. That’s why it’s a no for me. If it was a 2/3 day festival I’d do everything I could to go but also most of the bands will play near me on their Own tours or riot fest

Mcr is playing riot fest so… didn’t pay anywhere near that from my 3 day passes. I paid 175 with fees for 3 day passes to riot fest

My thoughts exactly lol. I did Riot Fest last year, and 4 days on your feet in the heat is torture, especially when you have to fight for transportation at the end of the night. I'm actually really looking forward to having a jam packed fun as hell day, and then spending the Sunday relaxing by the pool and a little gambling.

Not if you’re seeing them at Riot Fest where a handful of these bands will also probably be there

Furnace Fest had 90 bands on 3 stages and I missed like half of who I wanted to see. And that was over 3 days. This is fucking crazy

Only one 12 hour day, with 65 bands over only three stages? This is a logistical nightmare and not it. This is gonna be Emo Fyre Festival.

For everyone nervous about a Fyre Fest situation, remember this is a Live Nation festival that is in it's second year. I'm sure the logistics have been mapped out for months.
My guess is there'll be 2 main stages and a 3rd support stage, and the main stages will have that rotating stage like the AC Warped Tour had.

i thought that at first but then imagined it may be awkward to have NFG and Paramore on the same show? idk
