So cool, really wish the tour was coming out west. Fingers crossed for another leg

 

Sounds like scheduling, particularly with Ethan, is a significant factor in putting together a tour (and likely would impact a West Coast tour). Ethan recently mentioned John Warne isn't available for a tour due to having a full time job and family. Guess we'll see what unfolds for us over here on the left coast.

 

Thrilled that he will be on the whole tour. I would have never imagined this lineup ever being a thing. Would be awesome to see John Warne and/or Brian Pittman collaborate with them in some way in the future as well.

 

Not sure how it slipped through but they're also playing OKC in early March (with a super late 8PM start time).

Tour starts tonight. Their first show in nearly 5 years. I’m going to a couple dates but not until the end of the tour.

Really hoping this inspires them to make new music in the future.

I have work the next day (because who plays OKC during the weekend) but am 1000000% ready for my first Relient K show in a couple weeks.

 

I’m here for the Air for Free songs (especially the encore song). But This Week the Trend feels like such an odd choice.

That’s a great song! Maybe they enjoyed playing it on the Mmhmm tour and decided that add it to the set list.

 

That set list fills me with envy, the only chance I got to see Relient K in Australia was when Matt was sick in Perth and they filled in for his vocals.

I would love to see that encore song live

I can't believe 2016 was the last time I saw them, it feels like it was just 2 or 3 years ago. Really wish this tour came close enough to see them again

 

Seeing Relient K tonight and it's gonna be my first show in over two years! So excited and couldn't be happier the first concert back it's with the band that sparked my love for music way back when.

In this podcast Jon Schneck mentions that Matt has shown them a few new song ideas...he didn't say they were certainly recording a new album but it sounded like a good possibility.
