Oh I agree there. Especially when they were neglecting to establish female feuds outside the title picture - it would have been a good way to build them. Clearly this faction feud was really created to pit Baker and Statlander against one another again.

My enjoyment of The Acclaimed keeps growing every week. I dont know what it is, but i find them increasingly entertaining

Reading what they're up to now, it's shocking that they were with WWE still as recently as December 2019. Also, apparently go by The Awakening now. There are plenty of gimmicks you can question whether they still could have worked on the main roster if they didn't change them from NXT, but they were probably DOA even if they didn't make them Road Warriors knock offs.

 

Just did some quick math/counting. There have been 21 NXT Tag Team champions in the history of the belts. 27 of the wrestlers who have held that title are no longer with WWE, with the overwhelming majority of them having been let go by the company.

 

I've seen Trainwreck, but the Cena sex scene in Peacemaker made me audibly gasp given his family friendly image

Oh lord, listening to Lance Storm, who I like butttttttt on the figure four shows he does he is insufferable and nitpicks everything. His complaint is that after the Wardlow and Punk match, all he cares about now is Wardlow and MJF and not Punk/MJF and even doesn't feel strong about Punk in general either. I'm sure a lot of people are saying that.

I say GOOD. Punk is there to elevate other talent!!! Younger talent! He is doing exactly that! What more does Punk have to prove? Does he have to be undefeated and unstoppable? The fuck? NO. This isn't some Hulk Hogan run this is CM Punk helping younger wrestlers (EXTREMELY TALENTED ones at that) get fucking over and not in the formulaic way all of us internet marks think it 'should' be done.


Who gives a fuck if Punk loses, you will cheer and pop for him hard regardless.

Yeah I think that match was pretty much perfect. Put Wardlow over strong, but pushed along the eventual Wardlow/MJF feud. Wardlow losing because of MJF was the right call for me.

 

Hope this is enough for some type of bottom :/ i dont see it ending well for her. Shes very sick.
